Manufacturing
At Oxion-Energy, every battery pack is built with precision, traceability and technical discipline. Our production process follows a clearly structured workflow to ensure consistent quality, long-term performance and maximum safety.

Cell Testing
Each cell is individually tested before installation: voltage, internal resistance and visual inspection.
Only tested cells are sent for further processing.

Welding Preparation & Cell Connection
The cells are connected to form packs and joined using precision methods (e.g. laser welding).
In doing so, we ensure minimal contact resistance and high mechanical stability.

Busbars & Contacting
Installation of busbars – adapted to power load, housing size and application.
Safe dissipation of energy with a well-designed structure.

BMS-Integration
Integration of a battery management system (BMS) for monitoring voltage, temperature and balancing.
Optionally available with Bluetooth, CAN or custom configurations.

Housing & Final Assembly
Installation in suitable housings – from standard to special formats.
The packs are labelled, tested and prepared for shipping.
